Thank you for shopping with Regene Supreme. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

During sales or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates & delivery times

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
  • Orders under $100 USD are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local carriers.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to their timelines.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

International orders, customs & duties

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Incorrect address & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Regene Supreme is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@regenesupreme.com and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
